Monthly on-site servicing for a 14-ute builder fleet in Caringbah. Zero vehicle downtime, one monthly invoice, every ute stays on its manufacturer schedule.

Shire Builders was losing two days a month to servicing. Drop-off, pick-up, follow-up phone calls, tool retrieval from the cab — every ute touching a workshop was a day off the site. The ops manager rang us after a tradie mate recommended it.

We scoped the fleet: ten Hilux, two Ranger, two Amarok, varying service intervals, some still under warranty. Built a rolling schedule that synced each ute's logbook interval to a monthly on-site visit — first Tuesday of every month, Caringbah yard, 7am start.

Two techs, fully stocked vans, parts pre-ordered off the fleet VIN list the week before. Standard service window: 90 minutes per vehicle, three vehicles per morning. The tradies hand us the key on the way out, grab it back at smoko.

Warranty-compliant stamping, genuine filters and fluids across the board. We photograph the service sticker, email the stamped logbook page to the ops manager, and log it in their internal fleet sheet.

Month twelve: zero downtime, one consolidated monthly invoice, and a fleet that's actually been serviced instead of 'overdue by 4,000km like last time.' Renewed for a second year without a conversation.

We got two days a month back and our warranties are actually being honoured.
